Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Develop and design innovative and seasonal menus. Ensure menu items align with the restaurant's concept and target audience.
  2. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and presentation. Monitor food quality and safety standards.
  3. Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  4. Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed. Control food costs and minimize waste.
  5. Develop and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring financial goals are met. Analyze costs and adjust menu pricing as necessary.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  7. Work with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  8. Collaborate with management to enhance the dining experience.
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively
  • Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification (e.g., ServSafe) is usually required
