Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Providing and/ or carry out legal advice and/ or opinions, in short, handling and/ or managing any legal issues on any of the company's existing and future: (a) business activities; (b) operations; (c) supporting functions; (d) corporate actions;
  2. (e) corporate planning; (f) intellectual property registrations and issues (including renewal); and (g) disputes (including its settlement, if any);
  3. Managing and supervising all litigation proceedings of the company in any region; advising the boards on the pros and cons of the case(s) and providing business-oriented legal solutions on the proceedings.
  4. Managing, supervising, and if necessary, drafting and/ or reviewing any agreements and legal-related/ formal letters for the company to the best interest if the company.
  5. Managing and liaise all external legal-related service provider, if any; Ensuring all budget are well vetted, calculated and well-executed.

  • Minimal Pengalaman Kerja 12 Tahun
Persyaratan Bidang Pengalaman Kerja
  • Should have a minimum 12 years' of experience in similar position, preferably from the following industries: (a) banking;
  • (b) FMCG; (c) Logistic; (d) Supply Chain, (e) International Retail and/ or Distribution company; and having a bachelor's degree
  • Holding a master degree from a highly reputable university will be an advantage.
