The HSE Lead (Warehouse) at Shopee International Indonesia is responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health standards at warehouse facilities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting employee safety training, and monitoring working conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. The HSE Lead also conducts safety audits, investigates incidents, and reports findings for continuous improvement, while coordinating with relevant teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

  1. Technical skills: - Understanding and able to implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001)
  2. Experience as internal auditor- Experience in HSE program execution
  3. Understanding HSE legal requirements and other requirements- Strong knowledge of 5S methodology
  4. Experience handling environmental management is an advantage- Certification in AK3U is preferred
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Required language: English (intermediate level).
  • Experienced in managing facilities.

  • Developing & implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinating and delivering HSE and 5S training programs for employees to foster a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure all incident investigations are conducted thoroughly, and reports are documented with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE initiatives and continuously drive
  • Preparing and present reports on HSE performance to stakeholders.
