Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. To assist R&D - QA Manager to ensure the production process follow standard and do inspection for product development and conduct routine/periodic inspection to keep the quality in accordance with company’s standard.
  2. To supervises the activities of the laboratory and performs standard chemical tests in all areas of the laboratory to assure that product produced is accurate and meet company standard and always using proper safety precautions.
  3. To assist R&D - QA Manager in research, development activity including development of new product, improve existing product, implement new technology, instrumentations, and techniques, and or find alternative of raw materials in water-based system.
  4. To maintain home products formulation in the system in absence of R&D - QA Manager.
  5. To identify any deviations from the quality policy or procedures of the laboratory and report it to R&D - QA Manager for further action.
  6. To maintenance, calibration, and validation of instruments and equipment, investigation and resolution, deviation response and resolution of quality issues.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of researchers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Kualifikasi Hard Skill
  • Strong knowledge of water-based systems, including formulation, synthesis, and characterization.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
