  1. Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for multiple outlets
  2. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting based on business goals and performance trends.
  3. Collaborate with management to set financial targets and operational budgets for each department
  4. Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts, identifying variances and opportunities for optimization.
  5. Implement and manage controls to ensure adherence to budget limits across departments
  6. Provide insights and recommendations on cost reduction and spending improvements.
  7. Prepare detailed financial reports, analyzing key metrics, variances, and trends.
  8. Present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to senior management
  9. Identify and communicate potential financial risks or areas needing improvement.
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or analysis, ideally in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and collaborating with teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
