In Indonesia ÆON has just opened its first Retail Store inside AEON Mall BSD City, Tangerang at May 2015, and planning to open more GMS (General Merchandising Store) and Supermarket type stores around Jabodetabek area in near future.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Responsible for operational store related MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
  2. Do Equipment planning and building facilities with company objective evaluation and business strategy.
  3. Responsible to control daily maintenance for equipment and building.
  4. Do Inspection of equipment and buildings for safety matters following K3 standards
  5. Identify equipment needs that must be repaired and solutions with PDCA (Plan Do Check Action)
  6. Reading and interpretation of drawings, sketches, diagrams and blueprints
  7. Handling emergency telephone response for maintenance and troubleshooting to complete minor repairs
  8. Perform administrative work as required
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication and Able to speak English
  • Experience as a Leader to lead some staff
Kualifikasi Hard Skill
  • Able to read working drawings and facility plans
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and facility management software.
  • Certification in Facility Management (CFM) is a plus.
