HR Training Assistant Manager di PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan karyawan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja tim. Tugas utama meliputi analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, menyusun materi dan modul pelatihan, serta mengorganisir sesi pelatihan secara efektif. HR Training Assistant Manager juga berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan program pelatihan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan dan mendukung pengembangan karir karyawan.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute training training needs analysis process and develop curriculum are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
- Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
- Create and maintain training records and reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training & modules that have been compiled
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
- Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others.
- Effective in both spoken and written English.
