Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Responsible and accountable to ensure end to end outbound processes are executed in a Timely and Right First-Time manner to foster customer satisfaction, and pro-actively communicate delivery related information and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  2. Ensure Service Provider (Customs Broker and Transport Service Providers) operate in Safe and Compliance (Quality and Business) fashion.
  3. Review, develop, monitor, and enforce the appropriate Service Level Agreement with Service Providers.
  4. Represent Outbound Delivery Department to engage internal and external stakeholders to align operational imperatives and deliverables.
  5. Develop necessary logistic reports, records and KPI's and ensure effective implementation, develop, and maintain SOPs and ensure SOPs are followed through.
  6. Initiate and manage projects related to service, efficiency and / or savings improvements and drive all team members to engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives for their respective area of responsibility.
  7. Direct and coordinate with external warehouse regarding export shipments.
  8. Address issue escalations from stakeholders and provide timely issue resolution.
  9. Halal Representative from T&D dept.
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Excellent communication skills (English) is a pre-requisite.
  • Good knowledge of International/cross border logistics process and incoterms
Kualifikasi Hard Skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft office like Excel/VBA.
  • Valid professional certification relating to international and local Dangerous Goods regulations: IATA, IMDG preferred.
  • Experience with Letter of Credit will be advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP Shipping & Transportation module preferred.
