  1. Searching for new building project and maximizing potential clients in designated regions.
  2. Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
  3. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  4. Persuading clients that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  5. Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  6. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
  7. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

  • Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command in Mandarin.
