  1. Oversee the overall operations of the sports facility, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue streams and attract new customers
  3. Lead the management team in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments
  4. Manage and optimize the budget, ensuring financial efficiency and effective cost control
  5. Drive marketing initiatives, including promoting events and sports activities, to increase the facility's visibility and usage
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business development goals
  7. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards across the facility
  8. Foster a customer-centric environment that enhances the overall user experience
  9. Lead staff development and training to ensure high performance and professional growth
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • At least 5 years of experience managing sports facilities or hospitality operations, with a focus on high-quality customer experience and facility management
