- Develop and execute action plans that result in quality, productivity, and cost savings mind set.
- Design and implement corrective action plans to eliminate waste or ineffective, and procedures.
- Create and implement training an continuous improvement development programs.
- Identify and implement new innovative technologies and processes to strengthen manufacturing process.
- Problem solve and analize cause using PDCA cycle.
- Implementation 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activity with problem-solving approach in Lean thinking that focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the situation or problem through 3G principle (Gemba, Gembutsu, and Genjitsu).
- Leading culture change by driving all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
- Experience in leading improvement projects and project teams.
- Good English language skills (written and verbal).
- Good Communication and Leadership Skill.
Kualifikasi Hard Skill
- Having knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Tools, 5S, TPM, Kaizen principles and methodologies.
- Having knowledge in manufacturing process & ISO 9001, ISO 14001
