Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Manage and monitor of permit team to assists the site acquisition in collecting relevant government laws and regulations.
  2. Tracks the site acquisition progress and reports information.
  3. Coordinates the relationship between the subcontractor and the customer to ensure that the site acquisition can be carried out smoothly or the subcontractor can access the site smoothly.
  4. Assists permit team in signing the site lease contract (between the customer and the owner).
  5. Handles disputes related to owners adn governments.
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Good English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain pressure.
  • Hardworking and though to work under pressure to achieve monthly project target.
Kualifikasi Hard Skill
  • Experience in acquring OSP project SITAC (Kelurahan RT/RW).
  • Experiance OSP project PU/KAI/Toll?Highway Permit application process.
  • Experience handling Subcontractors SITAC and Permit requirement.
  • have good skills in Microsoft Office
