Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Menu Development: Create and innovate a wide range of desserts, breads, and pastries that align with our shop's vision and standards.
  2. Production Management: Oversee daily pastry and bakery production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all items.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the pastry and bakery team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  4. Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory, monitor ingredient usage, and control costs to optimize profitability.
  5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control in all pastry and bakery operations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the executive chef and other departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
  7. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ideas into the menu.
