Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Undertaking market research to identify key projects of interest.
  2. Review of project specifications, scope of work and customer requirements.
  3. Develop, plan, and execute a strategy to build customer relationships and increase project penetration.
  4. Communicate market intelligence, results and lessons learnt with the team.
  5. Make regular site visits to monitor progress, demonstrate technical expertise and build relationships.
  6. Develop and maintain a network of direct contacts with architects, consultants and main contractors.
  7. Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
  8. Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
  9. Provide administrative support, create, and conduct presentations.
  10. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Kualifikasi Hard Skill
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, with commercial acumen.
  • Strong command of English, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, computational ability, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with software, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office & Teams.
