  2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
  3. Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to create effective marketing plans.
  5. Manage the marketing budget, optimize ROI, and report on campaign performance.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with media and external partners to support marketing initiatives.

Persyaratan Bidang Pengalaman Kerja
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, data analysis, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
