Instrumentation Engineer di PT Orion Nusantara bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, menginstal, dan memelihara sistem instrumen dan kontrol yang digunakan dalam proses industri. Tugas utama meliputi pemrograman dan pengujian alat ukur, sensor, dan perangkat pengendali lainnya untuk memastikan kinerja sistem yang optimal. Instrumentation Engineer juga berperan dalam analisis data, troubleshooting, serta memastikan sistem beroperasi sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan efisiensi perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
  1. Create Bill of Materials related into instrumentation scope of works and support system
  2. Responsible for leading installation, maintenance, and other necessary actions related in to instrumentation devices
  3. Having strong knowledge in the analyzer system area (both gas and water analyzer system)
  4. Familiar hands-on with instrumentation devices (setting and troubleshooting)
  5. Create and supervise daily work activities on-site
  6. Work monitoring on-site, as well as ensure the project is going according to the plan
  7. Ensure all personnel work following occupational health and safety standards
Kualifikasi Soft Skill
  • Familiar with instrument installation, pre-comm, and commissioning
  • Familiar with calibration, testing, and FAT instrumentation devices
  • Understand P&ID, technical documents, schematic drawings, and wiring diagrams
  • Familiar with using computers, AutoCAD, office applications, test sheets, checklists, and FAT reports
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation Physics Engineering with 5 years of experience as an design/service engineer
  • Have an understanding of AC / DC circuits, machines, electronic theories, and components
  • Have in-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures
